Shanghala Kashindi Incorporated (ski-law) is founded by Mr. Mathias Shanghala Kashindi, a holder of an LLB and MLL from the Russian Peoples Friendship University, specialising in international law with strong emphasis on the Law of the Sea who also manage the company.

He has more than 29 years of extensive experience in a diverse range of areas of law, public relations, fisheries policies, executive management, law reform, policy and legislation with the most relevant being having served as Chief Legal Officer in the Office of the Attorney General and the National Assembly, Deputy Government Attorney at the Office of the Government Attorney, Policy Analyst in the then Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Chief of Law Reform, Policy and Legislation in the Ministry of Justice, and Acting Director at the Witness Protection Unit under the Ministry of Justice. He served as one of Namibia’s Commissioner to six River Water Commissions being ORASECOM, OKACOM, ZAMCOM, KUVECOM, PWC, KUNENECOM/JPTC. He is one of the founding Members of the Namibian Defence Team for the extended Continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles.
